Caledonia Community Garden

community garden

The Caledonia Community Garden exists in order to serve, strengthen and connect our community, Caledonia United Methodist Church has provided the space for the creation of the Caledonia Community Garden. The garden is filled with vegetables ranging from Arugula to Zucchini, many succulent herbs and fragrant flowers. Our first year was a resounding success! And there are many ways in which you can be involved this year. Consider volunteering to help plant, water, weed, and harvest crops. Other opportunities include the “Adopt-A-Box”, “Sponsor-A-Box”, or “Plant-Your-Own” programs.

Please join in helping our community, and together “Lettuce Beet Hunger”!

The Caledonia Community Garden committee is in search of a chairperson to help with the 2017 planning of the garden. If you are able to help please call Pat Schenk at 616-780-6378
